Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:
Non-Quality Issues:
If the return is caused by non-quality problems, the consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged condition, all parts are included, and in its original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Products:
If the product has quality problems or is damaged, we will replace it with a new one or provide a full refund.
